In 1996 Mr. Garcia founded Oscar I. Garcia , AIA, Architect offering a wide range of design services to the retail, commercial, residential and hospitality industries. As Principal, Mr. Garcia provides direction to the firm in every aspect of project development and design.

Ines Ferrari

Principal

Focused initially on providing Interior Design services to the hospitality industry, Ms. Ferrari founded Ferrari Interiors, Inc. in 1994. Since then she has broadened her fields of expertise to include restaurants, corporate offices, senior living facilities and select residences as well. Ms. Ferrari personally directs the budgeting, space planning, design, purchasing, scheduling, and supervision of final installation of all projects.

Daniel J. Knopman A.I.A.

SENIOR ASSOCIATE
OPERATIONS DIRECTOR

Mr. Knopman provides leadership and direction in the production of Architectural Construction Documents and Contract Administration, while monitoring the performance of key engineering consultants in order to provide a complete and coordinated service to our clients.  Daniel is a licensed Architect and currently holds registration in the State of Arizona.  Since joining the firm, Daniel has been involved in all major projects providing oversight and client management.

Brett Hertzler

Designer

Mr. Hertzler began his architectural education at Drexel University and completed his professional bachelor of architecture degree at Florida Atlantic University. He joined the firm in 2007 and has been working directly under Oscar I. Garcia, as creative lead, producing conceptual and schematic building design for clients in the hospitality industry. He has been honing his skills in hospitality design for the past three years, with projects including New River Las Olas, The Boutique Hotel Fort Lauderdale Beach, Hallandale ACLF, Aquatania II and Shephard’s Beach Resort.

Prior to joining Oscar I. Garcia, Mr. Hertzler spent five years designing and producing construction documents for single and multi-family residential in the Boca Raton and Palm Beach area.

Laurie Woliung

Director of Hospitality and Business Development

Ms. Woliung recently joined Ferrari Interiors as Director of Hospitality Business Development.  As an Interior Design professional, mentor and industry leader Laurie’s passion is demonstrated in every facet of her professional character.  Her diverse experience includes senior level positions within Marriott International and Choice Hotels International and her own firm in Cincinnati, Ohio.  During her 25 year tenure in Hospitality she has designed and directed an array of significant projects for many high profile clients. 

An active member in several professional organizations and a frequent speaker at industry events, Ms Woliung has also contributed through academia, teaching at the college level over a period of ten years.  She did her masters work in Management and holds a BA Degree in Interior Design.
